I have had my peacelilly for 8 years. I reported it last March in a larger pot. It looks like I can c the root growing out of the top of soil again I need help to know what is wrong or if anything is wrong

If you are afraid your plant is becoming root bound, you should probably re-pot it again. You can also split it into two plants!
