What is your favorite thing about working for this industry?
“I enjoy this industry for many reasons. Florists are hardworking, generous people. Most of our florists, growers and suppliers in the industry are individual, family owned businesses. Our industry is unique, because we play a part in many important events in people’s lives. We are there in times of joy and sorrow, to celebrate and comfort. Flowers convey emotion, and through the many independent florist across the nation and the globe, we can transfer that message in a day’s time. How many other industry’s can perform such a feat?? I am proud to be a part of the floral industry. Our mission is to see it continue to grow.”
