    Showed Donna pictures of what we liked and what we didn't. The arrangement turned out so well that family and friends took pictures of just the bouquet AND with the bouquet. Many many positive comments were made. Big discussion on who got to take the flowers home after. Great job. Will definitely use La Petite Jaune Fleur again!

    For the second year in a row, I ordered a modest bouquet for Mother’s Day. I chose La Petite Jaune Fleur after scouring online reviews because although my budget was small, I still wanted something special that showed artistry for the occasion. The arrangement was exactly as advertised, was beautifully done with fresh flowers, and was well received. After a recent disappointment with another local florist, I am so appreciative that my trust in this florist for a first time order was well placed.     Delivered Flowers on the wrong day, two weeks before they were supposed to be delivered. Then called late the day they were supposed to be delivered and claimed they didn’t have my credit cards verification code, I thought this was odd and checked my bank account and I was charged. Not sure if they were trying to scam me or are just incompetent. They then blew me off when I asked what day the flowers were delivered. All around horrible unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.

    The product I ordered was not available. I received a call from the Red Deer store who explained they had tried, unsuccessfully, to remove this item from the website and apologized for this problem. They substituted with a product they made up personally for me - and it was so lovely. My grandchildren loved it. The lady was professional, very helpful and efficient. We try to use the same flowers and colors as the picture shows however, as the season changes, some flowers and colors are not available and we substitute with others. With Covid, we have had a difficult time bringing in some varieties as they cannot get across the border. We must work with what is in the cooler at the time of your order however, the value of the arrangement is still the same and we try to make them as close to the pictures as possible.

    The bouquet looked nice but I was disappointed it was delivered several days earlier than I requested. I wanted it to be delivered on convocation day specifically. In the future, it would be helpful to make the customer aware that the delivery date is flexible. Perhaps this was stated somewhere and I just missed it.

    Hello Carman. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the roses that the original arrangement shows were not available at the time of your order. The rest of the flowers and container were exactly the same as what you ordered. We are very clear in our description that if flowers or colors are not available at the time of the order, we will make substitutions with what we had in the cooler. The only change was the rose color.

    Hi Patricia, I am sorry that we could not put the tulips in the arrangement. Sometimes, we run out of certain flowers during the week or we do not recieve them from our suppliers for one reason or another and when that happens, as I mention on the site, we have to substitute with another flower. The flowers that are pictured show the tinted daisy's in the arrangement. We try to make them up as close to the picture as possible. If you have a special request not to use particular flowers, it is always helpful to let us know at the time of the order.

    Hello Kelly, I am so glad that the person you sent flowers to really liked the bouquet. Red Deer has 100,000 people (99,832) it is no longer a small town by any means. Most delivery companies charge $12 Our charge pays for gas prices, a new carbon tax vehicle maintenance and a fair wage to our driver. We have not raised our flower prices to offset these charges. I am sure you would understand if you owned a small business and had these type of charges to pay out. As you are reviewing the business on the product we offer, a rating of a 4 seems unfair but I respect your comment.

    Our prices reflect the quality and care that is taken with our flowers from the farm to our shop. The flower farms that we purchase our flowers from are fair price farms that pay their employees a fair wage. We support that by paying a little more for our flowers.     I came across LA PETITE JAUNE FLEUR as I was going through the buy and sell weddding sites for Red Deer. I was mesmerized by the photo of a purple tone jewel bouquet. I am one for not liking the ordinary but the extraordinary and went to seek out the shop. Laura was such a pleasant lady. I was asked what I was looking for, and she stepped right up and saw my vision. Unfortunately I had already ordered my bouquets, but wanted some centrepieces done. Laura and her staff do exquisite work. I am intoxicated by the beauty of their workmanship. I would definitely recommend this floral shop.

    I would like to share a great story with everyone! I am a Oil and Gas worker and I work away from home, my girlfriend who is 6 months pregnant stays home and holds the fort down. So I wanted to cheer her up and make her day just that much better by sending her some flowers. So I started asking around " where is the best place to get flowers delivered to someone?" everyone was saying LA PETITE JAUNE FLEUR. So i went on their website and ordered a vry nice bunch of flowers, but my credt card got declined.. I emailed Whoever was in charge of customer comunications and said" is there any way i could pay for these flowers by a email money transfer?" my answer was " we dont do email transfers with our buisness account, but im sure i could do it through my personal account" we did the transaction and the flowers got delivered.:) just shows that small buisness do go that extra step to make their customers happy. VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!:) you will always get a good word from me thanks

    I was so pleased with the work that Laura from La petite jaune fleur did. She Did all of the flowers and decorating of the hall for our wedding. She really brought the theme together, which happen to be halloween. Everything was so beautiful, so elegant. The folwers were so amazing.     Laura was incredibly helpful from the first time I walked into her shoppe to the wedding day when I recieved the gorgeous bouquets and bouttenieres she put together. She also made sure to get two dozen STUNNING blue orchid stems for me for our dazzling centrepieces and daisies in the perfect shade of blue to top the cake.
