We are sorry you were disappointed with your arrangment. We do monitor carefully to insure that each arrangment has the full value of flowers. Unfortunately just like a gallon of gas or a bag of groceries the dollar just does not get any of us what it did a couple of years ago. The cost of flowers, transportation, rent and labor all suffer from the same inflation our household budgets do. I noticed a few petals on the table and, when I went to change the water, more petals began to fall off - it's been 4 days! While the arrangement lovely, it was all white with just a few purple sprigs. My husband said he wanted some “reds” in it to make it more holiday-like, but was told they couldn’t do that. So, they added a gold bow on a stick. I guess that was to make it more festive. This is why I have to give this only three stars. (I wish I could include a photo.)

I did not receive confirmation on my personal e-mail account as I had used PayPal and all confirmation was sent to my work e-mail account which I could not access and did not access until a week later. I was concerned since I placed the order via a third party company which did not respond to my e-mails seeking confirmation of order and delivery. The floral arrangement I was received was stunning and the only thing I would recommend would be a phone call or message left letting me know a delivery was planned. I love surprises but almost missed my delivery as I was in the backyard. Thanks for the lovely arrangement.

Not a lot of blooming Lilys! Way too much green stuff. For $50 I expected nice flowers not a bunch of greens. Should have gotten an email the day they were delivered, did not happen either. My order did not get to them until after they had closed for weekend. First thing Monday AM they called to apologize and explain why my order had not been delivered. They also apologized that they did not have the plant I ordered & could not get it before Thursday but if I would like to change to a dish garden I could do that.
