Exceeded expectations....as always!

I ordered two different arrangements (both of which I upgraded to Premium) for one elderly couple, for delivery on the same day. I also requested photographs of both before delivery. As always (I've used them for years), Jordan House Flowers came through with flying colors: Stunning arrangements, the requested photographs, and delivery of course on the correct day --and quite early in the day, even though I'd not requested a specific time. Everything was ordered and requested on their excellent website, and they clearly pay attention to the special requests (like photos) that people write on those orders. Excellent! I have ordered multiple times through you guys and sent to my GF. Three weeks ago I spent 150$ on a bouquet. The flowers only lasted a week. I just spent another 90$ today on a bouquet that I thought fell short of expectations.

Mr. Jordan sent me a photograph of the wonderful Heirloom arrangement -- raised to Premium level -- right before it was delivered. I GREATLY appreciated that! I hadn't asked for a photo, but he knew that I was anxious that the flowers have a really positive impact on the elderly, injured recipient. It was EXCELLENT customer service that he allayed my concerns by sending me that superb photograph. Of course, the flowers were a huge hit with my elderly friend. Thank you for preparing and delivery lovely flowers! I was not aware of the recipient traveling and I also wasn’t able to pick up the call when they were trying to reach me. They took the flowers back and delivered them when the recipient came back from traveling. Such a wonderful service. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my MIL happy.
