Lovely display, impressive, and elegant!

I had previously written a not so nice review. I was given a refund on that order and I placed another order. I am very pleased and the person that helped me was very professional and sweet.

Gorgeous & stunning flowers, the colors were so vibrant even in the pictures that were sent to me, and my girl was left in awe because in her words, "They [were] SO perfect and smell fantastic." A perfect way to surprise those important to you!

I would like to thank Sander Ranch Flowers for the wonderful service they provided on Valentine's Day. The flower arrangement was as good or better than the sample photo provided on their website, and it was delivered exactly within the timeframe they had promised. I wanted to send flowers and prefer a local florist. Sander Ranch Flowers did not disappoint. The flowers are magnificent

Timely delivery fresh and beautiful

Flowers were not delivered. They were scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday 1/25/25. Because the florist closes at noon on Saturday, I could not call to ask about the delivery. Also closed on Sunday. So I can’t contact anyone to ask questions until Monday, 2 days after the delivery was to be made and after my mom’s 70th birthday. Super disappointing that there wasn’t any communication about this.

EDIT: I was contacted by Sander Ranch on Monday and they were very apologetic for the misunderstanding. They are usually open on Saturdays but were closed the Saturday I placed my order for a family function. Their online orders had remained open. They still delivered my order and provided a refund. Excellent customer service. And the flowers were beautiful, as usual. Thanks to their efforts to correct the situation, they have most definitely kept me as a customer!
