As you know, on the first delivery, the poinsettia was an absolute disgrace. The stems were broken, the leaves were old, and there were sticks jammed into the dirt. However, when I called to complain, Jay was very nice and sent another plant the next day which was absolutely beautiful. It was full and fresh. So, in summary, although the initial experience was very bad and embarrassing, the end result was most satisfactory.
