Found out today of a tragic death of a dear friend’s significant other. It was wonderful to be able to find a local florist that offered same day delivery because I wanted my friend to knowshe was in my thoughts (I live hours away in Georgia). The delivery person was so kind to double check the address with me over the phone and to take a photo of the flowers that were delivered. It’s hard now-a-days to find customer service like this as well a beautiful delivered product. Being from out of town and finding a professional, customer focused florist was an extra bonus. Highly recommend.
I bought locally to support local businesses. I placed the order 2 1/2 weeks before the day I wanted delivery. I also requested in am. By 3:30pm the flowered were delivered. Disappointed in that as the recipient is onmy home in the am. I was expecting a larger bouquet for what I paid, and more importantly for them to last more than 3 days. Many petals and whole flowers began to droop and fall off on day 3. Live and learn!
