Gorgeous arrangement ! Vibrant and cheery !

Lee was terrific. The flowers were beautiful and she went above and beyond to ensure delivery went smoothly, especially when the recipient was unexpectedly out of town. The Crimson Petal is my go to florist for floral arrangements in the metro Boston area.

Crimson Petal is a fantastic flower shop. The arrangement I sent to my daughter was beautiful. She was thrilled and said that this shop never disappoints. Lee, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer when he texted me about a computer glitch issue. I highly recommend this shop if you need to send an arrangement in the Needham,MA and surrounding areas.

Delivered on short notice. Flowers were very fresh and arranged beautifully. The arrangement was nicer than the photo on the website. It would be helpful if , on your website, you indicate how tall the arrangement is. I would definitely order again! Thank you. I love ordering local!

Absolutely Stunning Flowers and Exceptional Service! I recently ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Beautiful flowers and delicious chocolates. However they were delivered late in the day. I would have preferred morning given that it was for a big birthday.

Tamar, happy to hear the flowers were well-received. We have many orders each day. We design the arrangements fresh each morning. Then our wonderful delivery driver arrives, plans his route and takes all of the orders out for delivery. If an order is needed for a special event, we can arrange morning delivery, but for the most part, we do not begin deliveries until noon. We aim to complete deliveries by 3:30 pm, latest. Thanks for your order!

I’ve been a Crimson Petal customer for many years. From Ohio I order flowers to be sent to family in Newton. This year I ordered on line, but I usually call in the order. Crimson Petal never disappoints. The flowers are beautiful, the delivery is on time and process is smooth. Thank you Crimson Petal!

This was my second order with Crimson Petal and they didn't disappoint. Both times my the orders was delivered in time, the bouquets have been exquisite and long-lasting (at least the first one) but most importantly the customer service is stellar. I am so glad i found them online while searching for local florists to send flowers to my friend in Newton, as i live in a different state. I wholeheartedly recommend the Crimson Petal and will always use their services to send flowers to my friend.

One repeating issue that bothers me:
My profile on your web site is uncomplete, the systems refuses to accept my phone number because it is not an American number.
I use your service for ~10 years and I bump into this issue every year...
I am forced to put my daughter phone number on both sender and receiver profiles....
If this can be fixed - great!

I appreciate your business and thank you for a decade of patronage! I wish I could help you with the international phone number issue, but I do not process orders inhouse. I have a wonderful company called Bloomnation take care of all of the order processing and we here at Crimson Petal do everything else. I've been told that it is a security issue not allowing foreign phone numbers, but beyond that, I am not sure. Thank you for sharing your concerns and if at any time we are able to override the phone number, I shall let you know. Lee

The arrangement was even more beautiful than the photo...my sister loved it!!

The flowers were a little different, after being asked if it was okay, and our friends liked them.
