Seamless experience from ordering online, a phone call from Licari to let me know that they were going to substitute some of the flowers and would need to deliver the arrangement to the leasing office. Excellent experience. After I ordered online for same day delivery, I got a call from the owner to explain that some of the flowers in picture are not in season. He went over the arrangement and what he could do. The arrangement was actually more beautiful then what I had ordered. My friend received her birthday flowers a few later.
