Sherry answered the phones and was a tremendous help to me. I had a childhood family friend pass away and had "heard" the services were in New Braunfels, Tx. Sherry was nice enough to call the local funeral homes and find out when the services were going to be so that my floor basket would be arranged and delivered to the family. Going the extra mile for me really impressed me and will definitely use Blumenmeisters if I ever have the opportunity to order in that area again. Thanks so much!
