Exceptional Flowers & Gifts was amazing! I ordered a bouquet of flowers the night before to surprise my girlfriend... they were delivered the next day before noon at her school! I seldom give 5-star reviews and this is my first ever Google review, but here goes: Exceptional Flowers is a wonderful shop run by a caring person who makes sure that flowers are provided in the most appealing way. Whether they are flowers for a simple occasion (I have a bi-monthly delivery to an elderly family member) or something for a bigger occasion, Exceptional Flowers and Simone, the proprietor, will take care of your flower needs, and also make sure that the customer AND recipient are treated well and with respect.

I've been ordering arrangements from here for years and have never been disappointed. They went above and beyond this past Mother's day though, so I felt compelled to write a review. My grandmother wasn't pleased with the longevity of the bouquet and mentioned this to them, and they apologized and quickly brought us another even more beautiful arrangement free of charge. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service.

I live out of state and ordered online for my sister who lives in Delray Beach. The online process was very easy to do. I liked that there was a wide assortment, but the search function was very effective in narrowing down my options. It was great that I could order in advance to be delivered the next week. The flowers arrived and were beautiful. I will be using Exceptional Flowers & Gifts again when I need to order something to be delivered in the Boca area.
