We had a funeral and placed orders for the casket spray and arrangements for the viewing. The arrangements were fresh and well done with special effort made to customize the arrangements to include our family member’s fishing poles. The staff was understanding and made the experience easy for us in this difficult time. Thanks.

I called and wanted to surprise my co-worker with a bouquet for her last minute wedding. I wish I would remember your team-member name that I spoke with, but let me tell you... The bouquet was so gorgeous. Mind you... we never spoke in person. This was all done over the phone. She exceeded my expectations for this bouquet! Would recommend this company to anyone! Great job from everyone there. You made one happy Bride and another happy customer!

Thanks so much for the lovely flowers. I decided on the day of the funeral to send flowers for my friend. I really wasn't sure it could be done, but when I called and asked I was so happy to know that Thode was able to take care of it for me and use my friends favorite color. We had an occasion for FAST delivery with a couple of items added to the order. They didn’t have either item. However they stopped at a establishment that was ON THE WAY for the delivery. That’s going way over and above customer service. Everything was perfect. Great choices and super friendly and prompt delivery. We will be doing business with THODE for any future needs.

I cannot begin to describe how working with Jess from Thode Floral lifted the weight of flower decor off of our shoulders. My wife corresponded with her only a few times, phone calls and some images of some ideas we liked. Jess took in the information we gave her and with confidence assured us that she had it covered.
