    I placed an online order for a plant and was unaware until after the order was placed that the type of plant was, unfortunately, not available. I received a call promptly when the order was received and was provided with an alternate option. The customer service was wonderful and the recipient of the plant loved it!

    The purchaser said flowers looked better in person than on website. One of the plant pieces arrived broken, but still beautiful nevertheless. Plan to do business again in the future. I appreciated the flexible delivery location and that person delivering was thoughtful enough to confirm the location first.

    The flowers sent from Bethea were beautiful. Lots of lilies with buds that had not yet opened up. Two weeks later, the blooms are still full and beautiful. Arrangement was delivered when expected.

    I typically order flowers annually to be delivered for a special person on her birthday who I cherish like a mother. My only concern was that it was delivered and left a second time and on her porch. I specifically gave instructions to call before delivery to ensure she’d be home. Otherwise the arrangement was absolutely beautiful I’m told and a picture 3 days later was unbelievable. Your work is exquisite!!! Thanks once again for delivering one of your best!!!
