    I was concerned that they weren't given because I wasn't contacted by the recipient. I found out that she did not receive the card I had written out to be sent with the flowers. She had to call your shop to find out who sent them. This is a bit upsetting as I had written out a special message to be sent to her.

    Thankful Granny’s Florist is a reputable florist. The photos of arraignments on your website are not accurate representations of available products. Everytime I have selected something off the website a florists has called to say they could not make what was selected, but they would make something comparable.

    It was easy to order online and my wife loved the flowers she got. I will definitely order from them again. I just wish I got a phone call saying they got my order online and also when they were going to deliver the flowers next day so I would know. But that is small deal. They are good, flowers were great and smelled great and my wife was happy.

    I usually order from another florist but I had missed the cutoff time for same day delivery. I found Granny’s Florist online as an alternative local florist for my mother’s birthday bouquet which was delivered promptly after placing my order. It was beautiful and I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. My only complaint would be the delivery and service fee that went along with it.

    Every arrangement you have done is absolutely beautiful. I love that you go 360 degrees with the flowers and not just front and sides. The flowers have been fresh and never wilted. Employees are a pleasure to work with and have creative ideas. The only thing I can think of is when the website is used if a notice can be sent to the person who is ordering that the order has been received by your shop and delivered/completed. Otherwise keep doing what you do.
