Lack of manpower, logistic nightmares as many vendors are unable to get the products needed which causes delays as you now have to find new avenues to accommodate our customers creating additional delays on top of staff shortages. During these times its best to call the shop if you need something delivered with a specific time. Follow up your web order with a phone call. Hello Sandra We at Tollivers Florist stand behind all products sent out of our shop. We spoke with the sender unaware of a problem having received a pic of arrangement and all was well. We were actually informed by a long term customer who follows the shop on social media and aware of our policy. Any product failing within five days or less is replaced without question. Just pick up the phone and give us a call. It take less effort than typing. Products are inspected upon arrival and doing usage for quality. Some things cannot be detected by the eye, replacements within 24hrs of call.

Unfortunately in your case those who ordered flowers days in advance were done first. Your order did not make it out on Friday but was ready to go first thing Saturday. It was regrettable you were unable to get thru Saturday because of high volume of incoming calls. Thus the disclaimer all orders made on the day of Mothers Day or before cannot be guaranteed due to high volume. We wish you would have had a better experience. However your experience prompted the addition of an answering service to go online by the 26th. Hopefully this will lessen the odds of someone not getting thru.

Sorry your order did not arrive when you anticipated. However due to the pandemic all customers are called prior to the delivery to confirm someone is available as they are instructed to leave on the porch. We researched your order most of the flower in this order should have been lilies, roses, gerbers and a few yellow daisies. Neither the description of what your received or expected comply with whats shown on the order. Never had an epic failure of the likes of this. Only explanation possible is the wrong formula was used. Nothing goes out that requires more than 20% substitution which is how we keep our performance rated high. We are disappointed you were not happy with your order and urge all customers to contact us within 72 hrs when an order goes array so it can be replaced.

Original order was shown at 50.00 you choose a price point of 45.00. The order called for gerber daises and filled at the value of 50.00. We always try to exceed the expectations of our customers. Presently we do not have the ability to show size comparisons and until now never had an issue.
