    Upon arrival of flowers, chocolate and cupcakes, I noticed right away that the roses were in full bloom leading me to think these will not last long and I was correct. Within three days they started to wilt. Aside from the roses, the greenerie and eucalipse were great and so were the cupcakes. The chocolate was so so. My son and family order from you for all special occasions and have been quite happy with the flowers. The roses were beautiful, don’t get me wrong, it was just that they were in full bloom. As of yesterday, they are all wilted.

The arrangement is very nicely done . The colours and textures of the plants makes the collection very interesting to look at. The plants look healthy so I should have them around for a while.

    When you call to see if we are home I explain that we are in the suite at the back of the home - coming up the driveway. For whatever reason they deliver them to the Law firm which is on one side of the home. No driveway there just a walkway. The staff have to deliver them to us. Annying to say the least. The flowers are lovely - they just go to the wrond place in this home which is one a double lot.

    My Mom and Dad were temporarily in Kelowna as my Dad had 6 weeks of chemo and radiation treatment. I phoned Mission Park Florest as they were closest to the hotel they were staying at. I wanted a weekly delivery to count down the weeks starting with 6 flowers, then 5, then 4 etc...They came through with a beautiful plan to have the same flowers every week and take away 1....ending the flowers with 1 gerbera daisy. Mom and Dad loved it as it gave them something to look forward to. Thank You so much for your thoughtful planning to help my parents during a difficult time!!

    I love, love, LOVE Mission Flowers! I discovered them a couple of years ago after FTD royally messed up my mother's birthday flowers order, and they've been my Kelowna go-to ever since. Whether it's birthday or Mother's Day flowers ordered a week in advance, or a get-well arrangement delivered to the hospital only a couple of hours after a frantic telephone order, they ALWAYS exceed expectations. (Bonus - ordering directly from them is way less expensive than using FTD!)

    The service was excellent. They went out of their way to track down the recipient at the hospital who was using a different name. However, the arrangement did not look much like the picture at all, although I believe the flowers were of similar quality and value. Watering a foamed arrg can be challenging and maybe we should send better instructions on watering care. It is best done in the sink as some will overflow. It does take a bit of time and patience unfortunately. The foam is important to be tight so it is secure in the container. Even something in white or cream would have been an improvement.First thing I did was remove the tapers and it improved the arrangement immensely.Recieving the xare tips WITH the flowers would have been helpful( not 3 days later)

    One of the BEST service experiences I have ever had. I ordered flowers online (I'm in Calgary) for my friend's 40th birthday. The day of the scheduled delivery, I realized she was away so called to see if I could hold off on delivering them until she was back. The driver had already left to deliver the flowers. You offered to call the driver back, sell the flowers in your store and offered to get my friend to call when she was back to have fresh flowers delivered then.     The lady at Mission Park was very apologetic when she advised us the shipping charge was more than that noted on your web page. She was also very accommodating with our request to have a particular scent (eucalyptus)was included in the 'Pamper Me Basket'.     Fast delivery to a patient at KGH. The basket was loaded with junk food and left the nurses wishing someone would send them such a great basket!! Order was placed a little late in the day but they still were delivered by suppertime that evening!!!! Flowers can only do so much, a junk food basket helps with the terrible hospital food, Mission Park Florists, your city paramedics love you!!

    We ordered flowers plus a $15 box of chocolates to be delivered together. Only the flowers were delivered. I phoned Mission Park Florist and after investigating, they found the chocolates. They DID deliver them after this at no additional charge, but it would have been best to have had both items delivered at the same time in the first place!
