    needed a last minute delivery for my Mother's anniversary (Dad had passed several years ago). Hoover Florist delivered a gorgeous bouquet on the same day. I will definitely use them again (but will try to order a few days in advance next time.)

    Above and Beyond customer Service, even around Mother's Day, the biggest day of the year for flowers I think. I was late in ordering for delivery before Mother's Day. I could not get through on the phone so placed the order for monday delivery. HF called me personally, we talked, I shared my desires and provided for Saturday Pickup. I'm in IL, my daughter in Hoover. My Son-in-Law could pick up the flowers. Then they called me on Saturday to inform me they were closing early so the flowers could be picked up before that. Really great people to work with. Thank you Hoover Florist.

    Correction to previous review: I finally got in touch with Hoover Florist. They have been very busy. She was so kind & apologetic for not delivering the flowers and offered not only a refund, but to send an apology. I truly believe mine is an abnormal experience and the mistake was sincere. That said, if the previous review must be published I want to make sure this follows. If it can be removed/deleted that would be better. While it was disappointing not having the flowers delivered, the customer service was good & that’s what matters. Thank you Hoover Florist for correcting the situation.

    The flowers are very nice and the delivery person was very kind. But I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a timeframe for my delivery. I called at 9:15 AM and again at 1:15 PM. I was told that was because it’s Valentine’s weekend. Still, I could’ve been given a 2-3 hour window.

    We are so glad that you were pleased with the flowers that you ordered. Unfortunately at a holiday it is difficult to give a window for a delivery, we had about 300 orders going out and we made them as quickly and safely as we could.

    Well, I rate it mostly on the recipient's reaction of the gift. I bought an arrangement with balloons and candy. The arrangement was enjoyed very much and she said they were fragrant and lovely.     Flowers were great and guy who delivered them was very nice. Rating is because I would have rather picked them up but their line is always busy when I tried to call multiple times on multiple days. No messaging system, no call waiting. I instead had to get them delivered to where I was, since my girlfriend was going to be there.

    Flower arrangement was much smaller than the picture on the site indicated for the price. It had half the flowers shown. Very small and certainly not worth the $70 price. I’ve used Hoover Florist several times before and always have been pleased. This time the flowers did not measure up.
