    The poinsettia was beautiful when it arrived I kept it watered and in plenty of light but a few days later it lost nearly all its leaves. I noticed it was actually 3 small plants instead of one large plant. Disappointed with this because I’ve had poinsettias live a year or more.

    Was on vacation here for our 20th anniversary. Order the anniversary bouquet. Leaving it up to shop to decide how it should look. When my wife got it. It was AMAZING to say the least. It look like a bouquet that would cost 3 times what it did. It was beautiful and well thought out. Can’t say enough on how happy my wife was to get something like this as a surprise.     If I could do 0 stars I would. Unfortunately there is not enough room here for the entire review. But basically the advised time was not kept, the gift basket looks thrown together and definitely now 120 dollars worth of stuff at all. When I called to ask about the delivery bot being there, I was told that I could cancel it. There was no customer service at all, the flowers running late was the blame for the delay. Although I didn't order any flowers at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Check FB and Yelp for more a more detailed review. There is a character limit here.

    I ordered these flowers for my mother apparently 2 days before a hurricane was to land there at Orange Beach. They called me after I had placed the order to inform me that they were going to be closed and were vacating the area until the storm had passed so they would not be able to deliver the flowers until a later time. After the storm had passed and damages to their shop were in repair, they notified me that they were going to make the delivery. Awesome service!!! My mother was very pleased with the arrangement.     I ordered red roses to be delivered on the 24th of June for my wife's birthday. I ordered thru the on-line website. The flowers were delivered and the flowers looked nice on the first day but died in 3 short days. I paid $100.00 for these roses and for them to die in 3 days had me pretty upset. I've ordered flowers from them in the past on a few occasions that were beautiful and lasted an entire week. For that kind of money, we should be getting a better quality of flower delivered. I'm hoping it was just a one time problem. Never had an issue with them before.

My sister was very pleased that the store owner delivered the flowers personally as she was then able to thank him for his thoughtfulness in providing her family with 3 hugger bears in the bouquet her husband sent to the family when he deployed.
