    Sylvia, Thanks very much for your order! We are very sorry that the flowers failed to meet your expectations. Deal of the Day Designer’s Choice means that the designer chooses what flowers are included in the arrangement. It is not necessarily an all yellow arrangement. This was delivered on October 11th. Had we known about the misunderstanding, we would have created and redelivered the yellow rose and lilies arrangement meant to be ordered. Thank you, again, and take care.

This response has caused me to reconsider my negative reaction. Only a reputable place will stand behind its mistakes and make them right! Norton-Chelsea has done just that and I would now recommend them highly!

    My son sent me flowers from you for my May 28 birthday. The arrangement was called The Butterfly Effect and was gorgeous upon receipt. However, by the third day the water was cloudy and two roses were dead. Most of the rest of the flowers were dead or dying by the fifth day. I was very careful to not let the water run low. I am so disappointed! Sadly, the birthday balloon and the paper butterfly lasted far longer than the flowers!

    I had some flowers delivered to my sister for her birthday. She said they were beautiful and there were so many different flowers all in pinks and greens- her favorite. She's picky, but she was very pleased. I ordered from Canada and the process was smooth & easy. Very helpful staff. I told them what she liked and left it up the Norton's to put it together.     they did not have the flowers I ordered, so they called and were very nice and we talked about an alternative; however, my sister sent me a photo and I was not pleased with what was delivered - I asked for white with a splash of purple but the purple they used were purple carnations which just were not pretty - neither was some of the greenery. I was disappointed with the final product, though the person who called was very nice.

    A+ for speed of delivery. C- for Bouquet being what I ordered. I ordered Baby's 1st block in Blue and giant yellow flowers were inserted, which were not in pic online. I would not have ordered giant yellow flowers, I wanted blue and white, like in the picture online.     Julie... We're very sorry you were disappointed with your order! The baby block actually did have the pictured blue and white flowers, but also included three yellow gerbera daisies because those are in the recipe for the deluxe version you ordered. Regrettably, the website photo does not show a picture of the upgraded version, which is exactly like the standard version but with three yellow gerberas added. We have contacted you and will be happy to replace the arrangement with one that has only blue and white flowers. Again, we're sorry we disappointed you!

    A family member was supposed to be at U or M Hospital for at least a week. About 4 days after her surgery I ordered flowers using Chelsea’s online option. The flowers were to be delivered the following day but unbeknownst to me, my family member from Petoskey had already been discharged. When the florist called, I told the woman to give the flowers to an old person at the hospital who was not receiving visitors. A few days later, my bank account showed that the $135+ had been refunded. What an honest company and I thank them so much!

    Chelsea's is amazing! They same day delivered to our friend who was in the veteran's hospital. The flowers were beautiful and true to the web photo. I was sad that they left my message off the flowers, the note I'd written to my mom. At least, she didn't see it and therefore was not sure who had sent the flowers.     I've used Chelsea Flowers several times and have always been very happy. Unfortunately, the wheels fell off this time. The flowers were not delivered at all, I called to find out why and was told they thought I was confused on the date of delivery, no one called me to confirm the date. We arranged to have the flowers delivered that day and what arrived was not what I thought it should be. I called again and was offered apologies and the promise to deliver again but at this point I had lost my trust and will reconsider my florist options the next time I need to order.

    I was disappointed in the service. 1st- the card had spelling errors even though I called and had them updated.
