    I ordered 4 doz Roses for the retirement homeI live in for a 10th anniversary celebration in Sept. I had to cancel the order for medical reasons on the day of pickup. They were so gracious and allowed me to do this. I reordered for November. The roses were perfect, fresh and the colour was perfect. There were many compliments from the residents.

    I discovered Quinn & Kim's while planning my dad's funeral. Employees were genuinely caring, considerate, and accommodating.     To be honest, I was disappointed in the arrangement you made up for my daughter. I ordered from the original design category, the picture she sent me looked like it was a lot of big leaves, not a lot of flowers. She said they didn’t last long either. The arrangement she had from someone else was smaller but looking great over a week later. From now on I will only order the style I can pick from the pictures, although I have ordered the original designs from you before and was happy when I saw a picture of them. Bonnie

They listened, asked questions and executed the arrangements perfectly. The recipients both said the flowers were the nicest they had ever seen and were so appreciative.     The roses were lovely and the delivery woman called when I wasn't home and came to my office instead. Very nice of her! My issue with the gift were the chocolates. More transparency would be nice about what is being purchased. For 35$, a 150g bag of lindor chocolates was pretty comical after I told my husband what ended up being sent. It was the "small" option, but no other info was given. A description of the chocolates to be purchased might be helpful so as to not raise expectations on what will be delivered. Especially when combined with flowers and not being delivered on its own.

    we ordered 4 dozen yellow Roses for our mother's funeral on July 8, last Saturday. I preordered them for Saturday pickup. The roses were the nicest roses I've ever seen and they still look as nice today as the first day even with the heat on Saturday. I wish Edmonton had a floral shop with this quality of product.

    OK It's been 13days and I'm very impressed by the performance of the flowers. Gerbera lasted about 1wk and carnation edges only started to brown at day 12. Don't know the purple flower with the white tips but it is still going strong. I haven not trimmed anything because they are stuck in the foam. I guessing these flowers must've been super fresh. The tricky part was trying to water the container. I think the purple flowers will make 3wks. Well Done! Kim and Quinn

    Hi Andrea, thanks for the feedback, we will try and find a way to make this an option. We understand, vases accumulate and you only need so many. If you'd like to send flowers without the container and just put the full value into the flowers. The simplest way would be in the special instructions maybe leave us a note stateing, "do not need the vase, please put all value into flowers".     I received a picture of the bouquet & it was very dull in color compared to the one ordered. There were no yellow Gerberas & were substituted w' very pale pinkish daisies & a reddish pink Mum flower. The green pompoms were the same color as the Mum. There were a couple of yellow & 2 pale salmon colored roses, which were supposed to be hot pink spray roses. I wish the flowers substituted had been as bright & colorful as the original bouquet. It looked quite bland. I will still order flowers from Kim & Quinn's as this is the first time I haven't been really pleased.

    The flowers were sent to my sister and brother in law as sympathy flowers and were absolutely beautiful. The arrangement is over a week old and still looks amazing. Great service and quality flowers. Definitely will only be ordering from here in the future. I live 5 hours away so it’s hard knowing if what you see on a site will match what arrives to the destination but these were almost more beautiful than the photo online.

    Ordering is easy, pick up is fast and the staff are great. These flowers however, did not last. The peonies only lasted a couple days. The hydrangea was good for a week. I have got more flowers since but will not get these types again.

    I was happy with their site and quality of the arrangement. I wasn’t, however, happy with the service of the delivery driver. He called my girlfriend to “confirm if she was around” for the delivery. I specifically wrote in the delivery instructions the allotted time when she would be able to receive the gift, and if there was any issues with delivery to call me. The majority of customers buy flowers as a surprise gift for their loved ones, and calling the individual receiving the gift ruined the surprise for me. I expected more for the purchase of a $100 arrangement.

We often get asked to deliver flowers to certain places within time frames only to rush there and find out nobody is there. I understand this was not the case here. Our courier had instructions on the delivery tag that said "just buzz or call the recipient" so he didn't know he was ruining a surprise.     Ordered one, double checked everything and sat back for the wife's birthday flowers. Unfortunately they delivered a week early. Not the end of the world as I answered the door but having a Ring doorbell cost me the surprise as my wife looked on the app to see the delivery. Stuff happens. Never heard from the flower shop regarding, they just delivered on the day I asked for a week later. Flowers were beautiful otherwise.

Received a call minutes after submitting the online order letting me know that they couldn't deliver to a patient in a certain wing of the hospital and that the bouquet I selected had lilies which is also a no go with hospitals.     Best experience ever with a florist, ordered an arrangement for my step dads funeral, very helpful service at a stressful time.went above and beyond including taking flowers out of an already complete arrangement as they were out of the flowers I wanted.     In the past I have always been very happy with the arrangements that I received from grower direct. Arrangements have lasted for over a week and sometimes more. This last arrangement that I received approximately 3 days ago did not look great when I got it. Some of the flowers appeared to be somewhat wilted. Today, already many of the flowers are completely wilted although the arrangement was watered every day. I must say that I am really not happy about this arrangement. When I sent my daughter a picture of what she sent me she was surprised and said that the one she ordered had more flower.

    I loved that you had different basket gift options! They are not your typical baskets with fancy looking items that nobody actually likes. i ordered the chocolate lovers basket for my mother in law who is in a nursing home. She LOVED it because it was full of chocolate bars and other favorites of hers. It was a great alternative to flowers.I would be elated if i recieved this for myself lol. Easy process ordering and delivered when it said it would be. Will definitely be ordering from Quinn & Kim again!
