Highly recommend. Flowers were delivered before the expected delivery date. I placed the order and was expecting delivery to be after Mother’s Day, Jeans got them there on Saturday before Mother’s Day. Flowers were fragrant and beautiful!

I had a problem with 1800flowers at the last minute. I sent Jean's an order on Mother's day week and they handled it with no problems and it was a much better arrangement for the money. I will only use Jean's from now on. Taking care of the customer was a priority to Jean's.

I received a beautiful boutique of flowers for Mother’s Day from Ms. Jean’s Flowers. I could tell someone put a lot of work into this bouquet. Mine had a lot of detail and different sorts of colors. I ordered from Jean's Flowers in Moody, Alabama, yesterday for a funeral this afternoon. I have to say that I really got my money's worth. I told the lady over the phone which types of flowers I wanted and which kinds I disliked. The spray was gorgeous; in my opinion, it was the most beautiful arrangement at the service. The family came up to me and personally thanked me, asking me where I ordered them from. I was happy and proud.

My overall satisfaction rating is a high 2, low 3, based on the incessant bombardment of emails that followed after my order was delivered. I am not sure if the email barrage of "today would be a great day to buy flowers because..." Originated from Jean's or the online service. So. I am trying to remain fairw with my judgment of Jean's.

I am from out of state and needed to send an arrangement to a visitation in Leeds. The funeral home gave me two phone numbers for local florists - the person who answered the telephone at the first place I called was extremely rude and unhelpful. After that I called Jean's and spoke to Carl. He was so friendly and helpful, took time to talk to me about what I wanted, we looked at several arrangements online, and in the end he helped me choose a very lovely arrangement. He then assured me the arrangement would be delivered in enough time for the visitation that evening. Thank you Carl for taking all that time to make sure everything was perfect! Given the opportunity, I would do business with Jean's Flowers again and again!

I have always used Jean's Flowers since my relocation to Florida in 1995. This occasion was due to the death of the grandmother of my sons. It was very important to me that the arrangement represent the sentiment felt and it did. I was able to attend the viewing and the funeral services allowing me to see the quality myself. The arrangement was there in time and absolutely beautiful. Several close family members commented on the arrangement. I also phoned in an additional cutsom order enroute to Alabama and that was also just what I had asked for. As always, I am very satisfied and would receommend them to anyone. This was the first time I used the on-line service and it went without incident. The photo gallery of arrangements helped tremendously. I would use this again in the future. Helen
