    Duncan's did it again. I had to adjust the delivery of my Mother's day order. I emailed the shop and they quickly made the adjustment with zero issues.     I was looking for a more masculine bouquet for my boyfriend who was at Kootenai hospital. They did an excellent job! They understood the assignment! AND got delivered as expected. In case any ladies are holding back sending flowers to your man - DON'T! For reference I ordered "FRIENDLY SORBET FLORAL DESIGN" They also have red, white, and blue arrangements that looked good too. The whole process from start to finish from ordering to delivery was smooth. I like that they sent me a confirmation when they were delivered. Thanks!

    Amazing service and presentation. I was called before the delivery because the shop was out of one of the flowers that generally goes in the bouquet.     I found this flower shop on Google that did deliveries and I was skeptical because my girlfriend lives in Idaho just recently moved there and I live in Virginia still almost 40 hours away and they 150% delivered the best service I’ve ever received anywhere.
