    I bought flowers today for same day delivery. I called to make sure it was possible since I am located in California and I spoke with Dr. Gilbert ... loved his customer service. He assured me that they can complete the order. I put in the order around 9:40 am and it was delivered by 12:30pm.

    The flowers were not only beautiful but the recipient wasn't home at the time of delivery and the delivery driver took the time to call me and send me photos of the delivery outside of the door to ensure they made it to the correct location. He went above and beyond to provide top tier customer service and because of that I will most definitely be using bhive for all my future floral arranements!

    Our neighbors funeral service was being held in Immokalee. Kind of last minute I decided to send flowers. I ordered just before 2:30pm expecting the flowers to be at the church the next day but it was a pleasant surprise to see them at the viewing the same day. Just 4 hours later. I always get nervous sending funeral flowers that I usually won’t see but this arrangement was GORGEOUS! Well worth the money spent. Because I live so far away, I like to make sure my mother gets her flowers every birthday and on major holidays, she loves them and it really makes her feel so special and loved, that warms my heart. It's that personal touch you don't get from those online florist or big shops. It's a small family owned business that cares about the little things, that's what I love about B-Hives! And I can trust and depend on them to handle my orders, no worries, because the arrangements are always beautiful and on time, and thats nice to know from a long distance:-).
