    The timeliness of delivery was great, but the contents and beauty of the basket was beyond disappointing! I understand substitutions, but even those were crappy. Peppermint candies thrown in there as fillers! Really? For the money I spent!! White cellophane wrap, Thanksgiving bow on a birthday basket? Not to mention the overall look of emptiness in the basket! Looked nothing like the picture and was certainly not worth the money. I wasn't going to say anything, but you asked. If you're going to offer same-day delivery, keep higher-quality substitutions on hand.

    If possible, All A Bloom is my go to florist. They have always been consistent with their arrangements and I have never been disappointed.     I stated that lilies were the recipient’s favorites and there were none in the arrangement. I also asked for a Marci Gras theme and there were nothing remotely related to the theme. It was just a nice bouquet of flowers. It far from “custom “. I will not recommend this service or use it again for a custom order.

    I was surprised at how quickly my order was delivered! It was exactly what I ordered which I didn’t expect after reading online that supplies were difficult to get and that there may be other items delivered in their place due to Covid limitations. I just went by to visit and the plants were just as beautiful as when delivered! I only wish I had been able to talk with a person instead of ordering online.

I spoke with the proprietor and she promptly sought to dissolve my dissatisfaction.     The receiver of the plant garden I ordered was ecstatic! They were so fresh and green. And the added color blooming plant gave it a "Wow" factor. They even upgraded the dish per my request. I guess it's true, "Bigger and better in TX".

    The recipient ended up having to spend another night in the hospital which I did not know but the driver must have called her and she got the flowers still. Very Happy with that! She loved them!

    Showed up to deliver flowers without the flowers to begin with. Then over 2 hours later shows up with what appears to be a thrown together generic vased bouquet of flowers. Roses were big, however every rose had black petals. Not an apology nothing. I understand it's a flower holiday but seriously sad.

    I looked online for Rainbow Roses and found them but really didn't want my Granddaughters special gift to come in a box. So I gave them a call and they special ordered a dozen for me.     My husband surprised me by sending a big bouquet in a vase from you while I was on Dauphin Island for a girls' trip. The bouquet was absolutely exquisite. I wasn't home when the flowers were delivered, but the delivery man left them in a protected area on the deck and called me to let me know it was there. It was absolutely perfect. You guys do phenomenal work.

    The only issue I had with my order was that the plant I requested was not available. Not sure if this is a common thing, but it'd be nice if the plants they have listed online were available. This won't affect my decision to use this store in the future, but it was my only complaint. Thank you.
