    Absolutely the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Called them late to place an order and they were able to accommodate us even though we missed the deadline. They went out of their way to make sure the arrangement was beautiful and that it arrived on time. Being an out of state buyer, they could have easily brushed us off or sent an inferior product. But they didn't!! They treated us as though we were standing in their store placing the order. I cannot strongly enough recommend this florist.
