    Sorry you were not happy. This order came through late that day, and we did not have the flowers to create the bouquet they ordered online. We called the person that ordered it and they told us to make it similar to the one they ordered. We did the best we could in the few hours available.     Please let us know ASAP when there is an issue. Our wholesalers send us refrigerated flowers every day, that we then use in arrangements and may send out within an hour of purchasing.     Internet ordering was easy. Flowers were beautiful. I was able to type in a better and longer message on the internet versus calling in the order. If I had called in the order, my message would have been much shorter as I would have known that someone was writing down the message as I was saying the message. Overall, very good experience.
