    I ordered a custom bouquet for Valentine’s Day and provided my own flower choices (and not much else). Having no experience with florals, I was worried that I had given too little information. However, I was astonished at the final result! The team made a beautiful arrangement incorporating the flowers I requested, and I could not have been happier.     The flower arrangement I received was beautiful and fresh. The driver went out of his way to deliver when I didn't respond to the front door. When you really are counting on your floral arrangement to look professionally assembled and be representative of the photo and they look like they were arranged by a first grader using flowers they hand picked...well, it never feels good. We tried to come as close to the picture as possible however the gerbera daisies available to us were a bit smaller that the ones pictured which would give a less than full appearance. We added more of the thistle as a filler and used a taller than pictured vase to give more height and size.     I am a little confused by your claim of late delivery. We received this order on May the 4th in the afternoon for delivery May 4th. We delivered it to the flower room at the funeral home late afternoon. There is a disclaimer on your invoice that states due to the time you have ordered this, same day delivery my not be possible. We did take it to the funeral home on the day you requested (the 4th)and actually found out that the first visitations were not until the next day the 5th so we actually delivered it a day early.

If the designer or person taking the order is aware that the location of the delivery is close by (same center, Old Severna Park Shopping Center) they usually try to give more product for the price given.     When we moved to Annapolis eight years ago we immediately appreciated the nearby Bay Dale shop's excellent service and products.     Terrific service from Severna Flowers and Gifts. Last year I went with another company for Valentine's Day. The flowers never arrived and that company never called me until the next day. When I called they said they'd refund my money, but never did. This year a two-day winter storm was forecast to hit on Valentine's day so Severna Flowers called to see if it was ok to deliver on wednesday instead of friday.
