    In my opinion, this is the best florist in the area. It's a little out of my way but well worth it. The staff and quality of the flowers are just amazing.     Flowers were arranged lovely BUT they looked old already when I received them. The leaves of the flowers were somewhat brown and turning down. I have photos from day of and 2 days later so 2/13 and 2/15. They don’t look good. It is clear that they were not fresh when delivered. Very very disappointed. My husband shops there for me all the time and he was very unhappy because they weren’t cheap and should be fresh. Let me know if u want photos

    Doorbell said "do not ring" due to a sleeping elderly at the residence. At 11:30 , we placed the flowers on a chair on the front porch that was fully covered. It was Dec 24 and we did not want to risk the recipient not getting their flowers for Xmas Day which would have been the case if they had called back in for re-delivery. I am so sorry the recipients do not look at their own front porch. Perhaps when you ordered a note could have been placed in the comment section about this matter and we could have approached delivery a little bit differently?

    Julie - The way my flower order was handled for the funeral of our dear friend was wonderful. The only minor glitch was that the FTD shop e-mailed me about the signature on the card (I was not specific about the "WE" in my order) instead of calling me.
