    We ordered a specific piece and something entirely different was delivered. When I called, the florist said she didn't think our choice was appropriate and changed the order. We spent $180 on large sprawling arrangement and something smaller and less impactful and less thoughtful was delivered.

    Again, my apologies. As I explained in our phone conversation: The arrangement you ordered was large and sprawling because it was a funeral piece meant to be delivered to a funeral home & placed on pedestal; it was 1-sided and in a white plastic urn. Since it was going to a home: I made it all-around and in a large glass vase. In place of the inexpensive gladiola (5 stems) I used magenta stock (10 stems), 3 X the hydrangea, 8 gerbera daisies instead 3, 10 stems purple larkspur vs 6 stems etc. The arrangement was large, elegant and well received by Joan.

    It was not to delivered on the day that your website said it would be delivered. There was no card in the flowers and the person did not know who they had received the flowers from. I’m not happy.

    Good afternoon, I am sorry you are unhappy with our service. Please check your copy of the order, because there was a disclaimer printed in red that states: "Order not guaranteed for same day delivery." You placed this order after the cutoff time for same day delivery. Additionally, the flowers couldn't have been delivered without the card, because it is the card package that tell the delivery person what arrangement goes to what address. Once again, I am sorry you are unhappy. We do our best to provide quality flowers and service.

    I placed an order for a funeral arrangement for my Grandmother. The picture online did not do it justice. They did an absolutely beautiful job.     Flowers were fragrant, pretty and arrived on time for my Birthday. However, there was no pretty bow on the vase and the roses looked dead, but l think since 4 days later they look the same, maybe that is how they are supposed to be! Still a little disappointing not to see fully colored roses. These look shivered up but maybe that is the look!

    The flowers were beautiful. But I was very disappointed in how many flowers were included for an arrangement that cost me $80.     I just did a baby shower for my daughter yesterday and had Wilbraham Flowers do all our arrangements and they were beyond beautiful. Everyone at the shower remarked about how beautiful they were . I can not say enough about how nice and helpful they are to work with. I run a daycare so they even stayed late so I could go in to talk to her about what I wanted and then even let me pick up the flowers on a Sunday morning so she could keep them in her cooler for me.     Flower arrangement was beautiful!!! I loved the variety of flowers in the arrangement! Fabulous. The only thing is the vase needed to be bigger and have a wider opening. The middle and bottom of the base was big but the opening where the flowers go was too small for the arrangement. It made all the flowers be squished together. Also, my daughter who sent it to me for my birthday said she paid for a balloon and i never received a balloon. :(
