    The flowers were very pretty, but there was no ribbon on the vase and the balloon was for a child although the arrangement was selected for an adult.

    The arrangement you selected didn't have a ribbon on it or the vase. We definitely could have added one if requested in the special instructions area. I'm unsure what Valentines balloon was attached, but if it seemed inappropriate for her age, I'm sorry. Most of our holiday mylars are fairly age generic. Thank you though for your review. We hope she enjoyed the flowers.

    The flowers were delivered as scheduled and my sister loved the arrangement. I was disappointed however that several of the flowers in the arrangement were Fall colors. The arrangement I selected from your website showed Spring colors, the Gerbia Daisy was bright pink on your website, the two in the arrangement were bright orange. Flowers were fresh and as I said, my sister loved them. I just wish they would have been in Spring colors.

    Sonja, I'm sorry you feel we "ruined" the surprise by calling your mom, but unfortunately due to COVID we're doing our best to stay open. One of the ways we're able to do that is by providing "HANDS FREE" delivery. We're in a very trying time, and we don't enjoy having to be so precautious, but we also don't want to be careless. We don't know anyone's health conditions, but we do know, we have a significant amount of cases in the area. We don't want to endanger your Mom or any other of our customers, nor do we want to risk our driver's health either.

Dish gardens with blooming plants are difficult to get, but we'll do our best to make it happen. A lot of the problem is the care for blooming in comparison to green is a lot different making them difficult partners in 1 planter.     I was pleased with the service. I rated it 4 instead of 5 only because I feel that I paid a premium price for what I got. It was definitely not a bargain. But I was happy with the product and the delivery service.

    Thanks for the review...we appreciate it. flowers will last for many days when taken care of properly. We use flower food in all of the vases, etc. that go out, and send out extra packettes of flower food to add to the water used to refill the containers...it makes a huge difference.
