    We use Plantscapes at my office whenever we send flowers to someone and we have consistently been pleased with their arrangements. We typically do designer's choice and always get a beautiful assortment of flowers that get tons of compliments. I can't recommend Plantscapes enough!

As far as price goes, the item that you chose on our website was 24 red roses with mixed greenery arranged in a ginger vase. The style that you chose was a more compact style vs. the more traditional style that is also listed in our selections. Price increases are affecting all of us in all industries across the board.     Lovely arrangement. Following watering directions as well as the recut of stems and changing the water tip. It would be helpful to get packets with the delivered arrangements which aid in preserving the flowers to put into the water.

    Jeanne, Thank you so much! So happy that you are enjoying your bouquet. Concerning the packets of flower food. We don't send those out anymore due to peoples lack of using them as well as them not mixing them correctly and causing more harm to their blooms. We process all of our flowers with it, as well as design with it. We have found that if someone takes proper care of their flowers, with water changes and new cuts, the flowers last just as long since they have been pre-treated in house.     I am so grateful and so impressed. I had an unusual situation I needed to send flowers for and Angela was patient, kind and very helpful. The recipient said the flowers were so very pretty and that they smelled wonderful. The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangements (plants and flowers) and they are even nicer and bigger than I expected.     Wow! I had such fantastic help on the phone in determining what to send and the end result was just right! A beautiful bouquet that looked as if it had just come from the garden. The recipient sent me a photo and the flowers looked so fresh and the bouquet was larger than expected. I wish I could use Plantscapes for all the flowers I send.

    I was disappointed in the overall look of the arrangement... Was SO random, not balanced, and I had asked for yellow and blue colors if possible, but there wasn't anything yellow or blue in the whole arrangement.

Your order was for a designers choice, and I did see your notes however, they weren't available to us at that time. The Floral Industry is in a shortage and we cant always get certain flowers on an everyday basis.
