    This arrangement was less than desirable. Way too much greenery, so much so that it detracts from the whole arrangement. Not enough color to contrast all the greenery. Very dissatisfied!

    Hi Tracy! I'm very sorry that you were not satisfied with the arrangement sent to Ms. Thames on 3/8. We always want our customers to be happy! If you would of called us immediately, we could have addressed your dissatisfaction and we would have been happy to fix the issue. However, the arrangement had the appropriate amount of greenery & the proper color palette for the Lovely Lavender. It is one of our best sellers and our customers are always pleased with this arrangement. In the future, please do not hesitate to call. However, leaving a review two weeks after the fact doesn't help anyone.

    Hi Dallas! Thank you for taking the time to let us know! So that we can figure out what may have happened, do you mind giving me more information? Unfortunately, growers tend to cut flowers around Valentine's day earlier than usual and therefore are sometimes not as long lasting or it could have been the type of flowers, delivery process, etc. Could you tell me how long they lasted and feel free to add any information that could help me figure out the problem. We would like to either send another arrangement or give you credit towards a future order. We want our customers to be happy!

    I'm so sorry that you were not pleased with your selection. You ordered a dozen yellow roses in a vase with foliage for $85.00, $10.00 delivery and tax. If the arrangement itself had been over $100, it would have certainly included other flowers. I understand not being pleased with roses if they did not open or last, but you state the roses were fine. The arrangement looked like what was pictured, a standard dozen roses. You did not ask for any type of upgrade, etc. which we would have happily done for you.

I had many meetings with her, she always had time to meet and discuss any details.     I do understand! I was also very disappointed in the quality of this year's Easter lilies. I promise we did pick out one of the better ones. I even ordered more from various growers other than our regular one hoping for better. According to one grower, it has to do with having to hold back the blooming process due to such a late Easter.     The basket was delivered over an hour ago and it was signed for. As I told Ms. Hopkins, the drivers' notes from yesterday (that driver is not here today) stated that she attempted delivery," no one came to the door, she tried to call, but voice mail was full". She should have left a call tag and I will question her regarding the attempted delivery. I apologize that you did not receive your basket Monday.     Dear Steve, I am not sure what happened to the arrangement. All of the flowers that were used for Friday/Saturday were shipped to us on Wednesday straight from the growers. Unfortunately during holidays due to the demand, some flowers may be older than usual when we receive them. We take pride in the flowers that we send and we will certainly replace them.     Beautiful plant arrangement! Our friend was very, very happy with it. Price was reasonable, very reasonable compared to that of other florists. And equally important was that the staff spoke to me as if they wanted to help me, not as is if they deserved my business. I would recommend them to anyone.
