    I live out of state and I found y’all after I had placed an order with another company for Mother’s Day and paid extra for guaranteed delivery before Mother’s Day and they failed.     I think it would help if you stated when it will be too late to pick specific flower arrangements. Also, when you deliver 2 arrangements to same address you should consider only charging one delivery fee.

    Thank you for your feedback. When you order online it automatically charges a delivery to each order. If order was called in to our shop we could of worked around the delivery fee. It stated on my website when ordering that as of 2/8/2021 that there is a chance it will be designers choice available only due to Holiday demand. Thank you for your input we do strive to be 100% customer satisfied.

    I ordered a basket of flowers for a friend who lost her mother. I am always a little concerned that if I order online they will not be delivered exactly like the picture. When I received a picture of the basket from my friend I was pleased to see they were even more beautiful that the ones online. She was elated and so was I.     Excellent customer service. Thought he merchant did not have the exact vase that was shown online, she agreed to find something similar as the vase was what drew me to the arrangement.     I ordered a Ficus for my stepdad. I placed my order online on a Sunday. They called on Monday to let me know they didn't have what I wanted in their store but would be able to have it on Wednesday which was fine with me. They called me on Tuesday to say they had one and it would be delivered a day early. My stepdad loved the ficus and sent me a pic. It was beautiful and better than I imagined.     The website is easy to navigate and the flower selection is nice. Prices were normal for most florist shops I have purchased from. I received a confirmation of delivery email and my relative who was at the funeral said she saw the plant. All said, I feel that they did a good job. I would use them again.

    I was disappointed that after paying a delivery fee of $20 that the recipient ended up picking the flowers up from the store and I was still charged the fee.

    We tried to get this delivered to customer multiple times and set up to deliver later in evening and then customer called us back and requested to pick up arrangement because she was going to be in Prairie Grove. All orders made online are paid thru the online service. We would be glad to give you a in store credit. We are not able to refund without your credit information. Please call us to discuss options.     Ordered a bouquet for my step-daughter's birthday & they did an AMAZING job. Accidentally delivered on the wrong day which was really no big deal but insisted on making it right by sending her something for the next two days to make her birthday special. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    The flowers were ordered for a funeral. They were beautiful and the family loved them. Thank you for making that sad day a little better for the family. My only suggestion would be the following: the arrangement ordered called for a white vase and this would have been a special order. It would be great to have an option on the web page that allows the florist to use an available vase. I spoke with the florist via telephone to confirm the order. They were very helpful.
