    Good Afternoon ~ We are sorry for any mistake that may have occurred - can you please elaborate to explain to us what happened? We did design the cubed design "Quiet Dawn" and delivered it to the funeral home on Friday - we used white and muted pink tones as specified. What was the hic-cup that you mentioned with red roses?

    The confusion was in the email delivery I received which said “red roses” were delivered, however my friend sent a picture after her mother’s funeral and the flowered were perfect! Exactly what I ordered and not red roses like the email mentioned so I am very happy with your shop.

    Flowers were delivered but they stayed downstairs and weren’t delivered to her from the lobby. I went to lobby following day and they were behind the guard’s desk. I got them and personally took them up and put them on her desk. For our building, possibly a call making sure she received would have been helpful. Arrangement was pretty.

    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had mentioned in the gift note to my mother that I was sorry there weren't any cheese straws (since there were none in the photo of the product).     I live in Texas and recently ordered a gift basket to be delivered to Baptist Health in Little Rock for my niece who had her second child. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted online, but they had a "custom" order where I just described what I wanted to include in the basket. It was delivered that same day and my sister sent a photo to me of it when it arrived. I was tickled to find that it was perfect and exactly what I wanted! My niece and family loved all the goodies and the pink bear with my great-niece's (the new big sister's) name on it was awesome!
