    Hi Jolene, Thank you so much for the review. Sadly hydrangeas will do that. If you give it a fresh cut and put it in hot water, they tend to rehydrate and perk up pretty quickly. The slippery slope of working with hydrangeas unfortunately. But happy to hear overall you've been enjoying the arrangement.

    Ordering on the website was easy and delivery was super quick! A bit expensive- I paid extra (200) to get a larger bouquet- it was a very nice -but I'm not sure it was worth 200. Although the pricing was a bit much- everything else was great! Yes- I would order from here again!

    I have been using Arlene's for years to send flowers and balloons for special occasions. Mom loves the flower arrangements and takes pictures of them. Dad loves the singing balloons and how long they float around the house. Need to stock more variety of singing balloons. Great service and I enjoy talking with staff to create custom arrangements.     In a word, "surprised" comes to mind for this review. While I am happy that everything worked out and my mother loves her mother's day arrangement, my surprise is how the delivery was handled. Since Sunday delivery was booked up when I placed my order, I chose the next best thing, Saturday. SURPRISE! Friday is the new Saturday! Luckily my folks were home to receive them, as they were delivered a few hours after I ordered them, about 28 hours sooner than expected.

    I live out of state now and sent flowers to my mom. They arrived on the day I selected and she loved them! Only complaint is that the bouquet I had selected was 'Lavender Love' and was supposed to be a selection of purples, and my mom received pinks. She still loved it though and that is what matters.

    Altho I live in Mongolia, I was able to select a plant from your shop and have it delivered the same day I ordered it on the internet! Altho you did not have the plant we requested, you substituted an equally suitable plant. The recipient was delighted and 3 weeks later, reports that the plant continues to bloom and thrive.     above and beyond. My dad gave me the wrong info and the flowers went to the wrong hospital, when we finally realized that they had gone to the wrong hospital, you sent someone to pick them up and take them to the correct one. Thank you sooooo much!!! I will deffinately order again
