    I tried to order an arrangement for a special occasion online, but was too late to get same-day delivery. A phone call was successful, and I was able to get the necessary same-day delivery based on an already existing arrangement in the cooler. I paid for a $150 “deluxe“ arrangement online, And the clerk on the phone indicated I was due a refund or a credit. Can you update me if this was able to happen? Thank you very much!
