I’m giving them five stars because they did everything they could to correct an unfortunate situation that was out of their control. My father is in Country Village Homes and I sent him a Christmas arrangement. Unfortunately all of the pretty ornaments were removed by the home’s staff before he got it, making it barely recognizable to what I had purchased. I followed up with Mariettas who was extremely helpful. The arrangement was made according to the picture but sadly did not arrive to my dad that way. Thank you Marietta for trying to fix this for us.

Denise was very willing to help and take her time with me. I changed the order a few times (before I paid of course) and she was very willing to accommodate the changes, I trusted her ideas which made the arrangement more breath taking. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This will be my number one choice to order flowers. I will recommend Marrietta's Flowers to everyone. She even called my neighbour to see if they liked the flowers the next day and gave them pointers to keep the flowers looking nice longer. Great service.
