    I always turn to Flowers By Bobbi for floral arrangements, as they consistently give me very beautiful flowers in a very artful arrangement. I sometimes like to pick up the flowers at their shop, to surprise my wife on special occasions. The online ordering process works well in all respects, except for the charge for delivery - it can't be deleted if I'm coming in for pick-up at the shop. Perhaps the ordering script can be modified for that. I still would give this fine florist my best rating.

The second arrangement was one dozen yellow roses, once again, the presentation was over the top. The next day a box of flowers from Pro Flowers was at my door, not so beautiful. Bobbi's flowers still look like they were just delivered, four days after the fact. The flowers from Pro...well.....

    I sent flowers for Mother's Day to my mother in a nursing home in Calif. Some family members who visited with her that day took photos and sent me a picture of the flower arrangement as it was delivered. Red and pink carnations with white accents is what I ordered, and it was beautiful! All the family commented on how pretty the flowers were, and my mother doesn't speak much but by the look on her face, they could tell she loved them.

    It's always a great honor to win an award, especially given by your community. Flowers by Bobbi in Florence, OR. was recently honored by the Florence Area Chamber of Commerce for their amazing customer service. It's not easy to win a customer service award. Bobbi and her team have to really know their stuff when it comes to helping customers in their flower shop and even on deliveries.
