Exceptional service! JoAnn, the owner, personally called me to let me know that some of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered were not in stock and offered me a choice to either wait for a stock delivery or make another selection, based on her recommendation as an upgrade, at no additional charge to me. She was very helpful and cared about my satisfaction. JoAnn also sent me a photo of the final arrangement. I will be ordering from her again if the occasion arises.

I requested two bouquets to be placed on my mother's grave and my brother-in-law's grave, to celebrate their birthdays on March 26th. Since I live in Florida, it was impossible for me to pick up and place the bouquets on the grave sites myself. Joanne created the most perfect bouquets, which represented each of them individually, and with the help of her husband, delivered the bouquets to each of the gravesites for their birthdays! To say they went above and beyond is an understatement!!! I would recommend Joanne to anyone!!

Always do an amazing job both with the flower arrangements but also deliver! I get these sent to my grandmother who is … picky… to say the least, and she raves about these all year! And they have the kindest delivery men who are so helpful with getting these to her given she is elderly. I wish I lived closer so I could buy these arrangements for myself!

My sister was sooo sick with Covid, I needed a miracle my niece was in ICU sis in hospital. With Covid things don’t end well.. The wonderful Rosette owner spoke so beautiful to me and assured me the flowers would be perfect!! They were gorgeous too, with a beautiful Angel in the middle!! My sister loved them they were the best she ever received. Thank God my family got out of hospital and were grateful for the special job on the bouquets!
