    Dependable service. I've used them exclusively for my flower needs for about 5 years now, never an issue. The one time that there was a hiccup, it wasn't a big deal for me but they went above and beyond to make it right on their end. That shows the standards they have for themselves.

    I first ordered flowers through one of those big online flower websites that just pass your order on to local shops and they screwed up my order somehow but giving me the wrong flowers on the wrong date. When calling to correct it through the site, they directed me to the local shop which was the Blue Orchid and they fixed everything promptly and professionally. Now I just call them directly and have had nothing but great results from then on. I highly recommend them.

    Irene, I would hope that you would reconsider the review you posted. The state of Michigan has been under a COVID19 lock down for many weeks (currently still is) and when your order was placed our Governor just started to reopen certain businesses. Due to COVID19 our stores have been very limited with produce and for that we did the best we could at the time. At times our stores have been very sparse with products, some not available at all, we have had a hard time getting basic necessities. I am glad that we could safely get a basket to your loved one.

    My wedding flowers came out absolutely beautiful!! They honestly came out better than I ever imagined!! Last minute we couldn’t get a particular flower in the color we wanted but Melissa did everything she could to get something similar. She sent me multiple options to choose from to substitute. I trusted her judgement and she really blew it out of the park. Melissa also arranged my centerpieces and those were just as beautiful!! And they matched our bouquets! We got so many compliments!! Everyone complemented on them.     The blue orchid provided the flowers for my mother-in-laws funeral and i could not have been happier with them. It was a full, beautiful arrangement and the flowers were very fresh. I would definitely buy flowers from the blue orchid again

    I ordered a plant (Peace Lily) online for a funeral. I called the next day to verify they recieved the order, she was on her way to the funeral home with it as I called. She was very nice and plant was delivered in a timely fashion. I would recommend this florist. The plant was beautiful.
