    The flowers were fabulous and my daughter absolutely loved them. They were exactly as they looked on the website. She sent me a pic. The only hiccup was I requested they be delivered on her birthday and they were delivered a day early - it spoiled my surprise. She was delighted anyway.

    Thanks so much for your review, Katherine! So glad that your daughter "loved" the flowers! About that pesky delivery date: on the online order we received, we had a delivery date on a Monday, which was the day we delivered her arrangement. My guess is that the mistake happened during the ordering process when picking delivery days. We don't see the ordering side, so we are not sure if one picks from a calendar style or types the intended delivery date in, but on our side, the order states the date/day someone wants it delivered. On our end we got it right, sorry if there was a hiccup!

    A huge thank you to Hannah! My husband unknowingly made a huge mistake while ordering birthday flowers to be sent to our daughter. He thought he was ordering local, but it was a rip off call center. What our daughter received was nowhere near the pictured quantity or quality he expected. I called and spoke with Hannah who helped me understand how we were duped, picked up the original flowers delivered to our daughter and replaced it with a beautiful wrap of gorgeous fresh flowers we were proud to have her receive from us.     Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to take the opportunity to share this, as florists can have a hard time with call centers that pose as flower shops. They promise you things and then ask us to fill an order to the very minimum, with the least expensive flowers. No florist wants to send out flowers that won't meet expectations. And both customers and florists can feel tricked when this happens. We're sorry you had such a bad experience with this, and we were happy to do what we could! I like the idea of trying to go "local", wherever you want your flowers to go. Thank you!

    After numerous attempts two days in a row with another flower shop to send a Mother's Day arrangement to my mother-in-law, or even a belated arrangement, Garden of Eden came through with flying colors -- literally, with a same-day delivery! Their website also showed clearly what I was ordering (and the other beautiful bouquets that I didn't order), and was very user-friendly and accurate.     I am not sure what the problem is, however, we don't normally deliver to the employees. The arrangements are dropped off at the North Entrance and employees are called down to receive them. North Entrance did not know where the C Suite is. Thus it was necessary to call and Hope answered the call and came down to receive them as in your instructions "to call only if necessary".     A Valentines Day arrangement was hand delivered to my house by a very nice man. The flowers were from my faience who is in the Navy and on a 6 month deployment at the moment. The flowers are stunning, the arrangement beautifully put together. Lebanon Garden of Eden eased the gap of millions of miles on Valentines Day, both my faience and I are very pleased with their service. And are hoping to use them for our wedding this summer.

    I was sent flowers from my sister to celebrate a very important anniversary. I rec'd them here at work, and left them here for the night. They were a beautiful arrangement. The next morning when I came in, the lily in the middle was all closed up and droopy, the carnations had burnt edges, and the purple flowers were literaly dead. I was so disappointed and I called my sister and sent her pictures. She sent an email to you and I had a new arrangement sent, that was even more beautiful then the first. These flowers are still looking good. I'm very impressed that you were so willing to make the customer happy. I wasn't happy with dead flowers but you fixing the problem made it all right. Thanks.

    Absolutely beautiful flowers. My mom received the flowers right after getting out of surgery at DHMC and heard nothing but compliments about how gorgeous the roses were. She took them home with her and they have lasted through the two week recovery period. Hoping she never has to go back to Lebanon again, but if she does I know who to call!

    I didn't see the flowers at the service, but I was impressed at how quickly after I ordered on line that they called me to check up on some things. They also offered personal service in that they were happy to substitute flowers in colors that were favorites of the woman who had died, and also some of her favorite type.     I was not able to see if the flowers were actually what I ordered, so I cannot give you feedback re this part. However in the past I have sent items that my friend was able to tell me how beautiful both the flowers and gift baskets were at those times. I also appreciated the nice sympathy notation that I received from Rhonda following my order and that I needed to send in a correction to the address. It was very much appreciated.

    My friend owned the original DHMC floral shop, so I used to frequent the shop and frequent the talk about it. I really miss not having a shop here, but the case outside of Cravin's is a great idea, and your Customer Service is as good as other local shops, so in the end I'm doing ok. I just miss the convenience of dropping in and seeing all the vases, teddy bears, plants, etc., a lot. Plants and flowers are therapeutic! They say someone cares about you when you get them, and when you purchase on your own, they make your cubicle/office look wonderful, and they clear the air, making it more healthful for you. Thanks, keep up the wonderful Customer Service.
