One side note: I didn't see any of the small packages that sometimes come with flowers, so that they have "food" and last a bit longer. This might be something to consider providing. However, the overall experience was still great and I will keep you in mind for future deliveries.

    Amazing fast delivery - fresh & beautiful arrangement. Only thing I’d suggest is sticking to the delivery date selected - I had asked for delivery the next day, but it was delivered same day (which in itself is amazing) but when you plan to have something delivered a certain day, having it early made the card incorrect. Not a major complaint because I’m the speed was impressive, but like I said - if a client asks for delivery on a certain date, it would be good to honour that

    While the arrangement design was lovely, and arrived at the Woodlawn Funeral home at the time requested, I had also selected the Premium Wonderful White bouquet, and yet there were only 4 rather than 6 roses in the arrangement, which was both unexpected and disappointing. I realize that there may be a scarcity of product at present, but it would have been responsible to let the client know that the premium arrangement was not available even though it was requested and paid for.

    Twice I have ordered flowers for my mother, and both times the arrangements have been absolutely beautiful. My only disappointment was that on the last delivery she was not notified that the flowers were delivered. No one rang the door bell. She eventually found them on her doorstep, which is thankfully sheltered and shaded. If she hadn’t been going out the front door, they could have sat there all day and night.

    Happy with all the service; apart from at pick-up being handed the vase to then figure out how to transport in the car. I literally held it up with one hand while driving with the other. :} To have a box around the vase packed with paper/stuffing would help greatly in transporting these gorgeous fresh arrangement.     Excellent flowers and great service! Only two things that I would improve: 1) have the option to instruct on delivery - sometimes you don't want the recipient to know that flowers are coming; and, 2) have promotional codes available - the flowers are quite expensive and I would be much more likely to buy more often if there were promo codes available.

Weather and the type of building eg apartment is usually why we call to confirm a delivery time.     Sorry that you were not happy with the design. I looked at the picture of the flowers we sent out and there were a few substitutions of flowers. Although the color was the same . EG hyacinth for iris. We try our best to make the arrangements as close as possible if we happen to have sold out of a particular variety. I am glad the flowers were beautiful though.     Sorry to hear that. Tulips are pretty hardy flowers so try this...re cut the stems new water and drop a penny in...the copper will make them stand up..let us know if this does not work just drop by for a new bunch..

    I chose this flower company because they deliver on Sunday. It was for my Grandpa’s memorial in BC and I sadly couldn’t be there in person. The person I talked to on the phone even offered to take the flowers to her house the night before to warm them up so they’d open. My Aunt said they were beautiful!!     It would be be great to be able to actually see what size the different price floral arrangements were. You only give one picture and 3 prices. I am left to guess what the less expensive one will look like. Perhaps you only have to do this with a couple of examples as long as this is your standard way of doing the rest of the choices. Otherwise great shopping experience and flowers were delivered on time.

The flowers we have ordered have been fresh, fairly priced and delivered on time. Recently, we have ordered "Chantilly Pink Roses" along with small chocolates for Mother's day. Our mom absolutely loved the flowers and it's presentation. As it was a busy holiday, our order for the chocolates was switched. Upon speaking with the Manager regarding this issue, she agreed to send another order of chocolates the very next day. True to their word, our mom received chocolates for a second time and was very happy! I appreciated the time, energy and effort they put into fulfilling the order to our satisfaction!     Thank you so much for a beautiful arrangement, and an easy transaction.The flowers were delivered within an hour of placing the order, and the receiver was very happy with them. An added bonus was that you took a picture of the arrangement being sent, and I was able to see the finished product. I would definitely use this shop again!

    Buckets was the only place open on a Sunday that I could find. I had an emergency that I needed to send flowers and called them an hour before they closed. She picked a beautiful bouquet out for me, sent it to my mother a half an hour later the were there. Not only that but she had also sent me an email showing me the bouquet that she picked out since I couldnt be there to see it. Awesome service, beautiful flowers, for an amazing price!!!!! Thank you

    Buckets went above and beyond when putting together a bouquet of flowers for my friend who had just had her first child. I am more than pleased with their service and equally as impressed with the great deal.
