    Very nice bouquet but a little surprised they called me - the recipient the day before to to tell me I was getting them - thereby taking away the surprise factor. Also, they asked for directions to my house in detail although they have delivered several times before, this call was the day before so they weren't lost and we live in an easy to find central location.
