    A big and beautiful arrangement was delivered by a very thoughtful and helpful delivery man. It was an overall great experience and surprise for my work anniversary, with a call from the florist to set up delivery. They set them inside and at the top of the stairs since my Mother has difficulty getting to the door. The flowers are beautiful and have lasted well, still looking good on day 4.

    Hello, I remember your order; ) & you received a dish garden. They come to me with a care card in it, but your garden was so full, it might be hard to see... check the back. In a dish garden care there are a variety of plants in 1 basket that need similar care. Bright indirect light (no direct sun), & water when soil starts to dry out, more frequent from spring - fall, and less in winter. The flowers were added with water picks to give your dish garden some color. The water in the picks needs to be refilled. Let us know if you have more specific questions, we are happy to help.

    Oh, I'm so sorry that we are closed on Mothers Day. We're normally closed on Sunday's, & I'm afraid we would not be able to deliver many flowers because many Mothers are out for breakfast, etc (employees & myself included). That's why we like to deliver them early. I don't know of ANY small town flower shops that are open on Mothers Day.     Catherine, I received a note from Mary too. I was shorthanded that day & would not have a delivery person until late in the day. I tried to call u to ask about an early delivery but couldn't get a hold of u, so I thought it was always better to get them early, than late. Also,if it was a birthday, anniversary or if it had mention that they were for an event, I would have closed the shop & delivered on the 14th. In the 15 years I've been in business, no one has ever commented about an order being delivered 2 early.Thank u for bringing it to my attention,& sorry we disappointed u.

    Everything was great but one thing, if you are unable to deliver the flowers on the scheduled day due to someone not being home, can you please email the sender of the flowers and let them know that you where unable to deliver the flowers on the scheduled day.

    We are so very sorry. We did call the recipient on the a.m. that they were to be delivered, but they did not pick up. We left a message saying that they should call us back to let us know when they were home, so we could bring them. So, we intended to deliver them the same day. They did not call us back until the next day, so we delivered them then. Most people do call us back the same day, so we expected that call to come in, but it didn't, until the next day. Sorry, we should have sent you a note.

    The large Fall Flower Gala Arrangement was beautiful but the other 3 flower arrangements were small in size for being a medium choice. These were for an Executive meeting and I was a little disappointed with the arrangements.

    Hi Trista,we are sorry that you were disappointed. You selected one taller vased option (the large one), and the other 3 were shown in low rectangular vases. These have the appearance of a smaller arrangement, and I thought that would be ok if they were for an executive gathering, as they might be for a table and you would want to see the person on the other side.
