    I am very pleased with Flower Connection. I live in Nor Cal and needed a funeral/sympathy arrangement for my brother's Celebration of Life that we were holding in Imperial Beach/IB. I went through FromYouFlowers.com which assigned the arrangement to Flower Connection of whom provided us with the arrangement exactly as shown on the website. Florist is excellent at communication, calling my mom (the recipient) to make sure she had the correct date/location of delivery, and delivered to us on time/as scheduled. Would use directly next time for sure. Thank you!

    Website ordering worked well. The low rating is for the late delivery. I asked that the flowers be delivered by 12pm for the start of a funeral. The delivery message I got said it was delivered at 4pm.

    Amazing arrangement and delivered promptly. I did notice that the business hours did not support the delivery on the day that I needed it (Sunday) So I had them delivered to a relatives house for a funeral I was attending the next day.     Ordering from out of town, you never know what is being sent. The arrangement I picked out online was pretty. My aunt said when it arrived it was pretty.     My experience was not good. I paid $15 for 3 balloons and never got them. The bouquet was quite smaller than I thought the price. I called and was promised a refund on the balloons. Haven't seen it yet. I spoke several times with the mgr or owner and was told that they were missing staff that morning.

    The flower arrangement I received from my friend is absolutely beautiful. Never quite seen anything like it. And the pine cones with the cinnamon smell!! Wonderful.
