Called to place the order and the girl on the phone was super polite and friendly. Made it so easy to get what I wanted. The flowers were delivered when stated and my daughter absolutely loved them.     If there was any way to give negative stars- I would have done that. Absolutely horrible service! I ordered on line & it said to pick purchase up at 12:30p when they close at noon. Not only that, but they did not even have what I’d ordered even though I’d talked to 3 people from there that same day. Incredibly rude & were totally overpriced as it was. Advice? Call a different shop!

    Love this business! They always bring my flowers to the door & ring the bell. Often they will call to make sure I'm home to receive them. Slightly disappointed as flowers just didn't last as long as they usually do. Not sure if it was due to the heat (never were outside here) or lack of preservative that usually accompanies them... or what.

Summer is particularly stressful for your flowers as the air conditioning we use indoors acts as a dehumidifier, stripping the flowers of any moisture in the air, we recommend submerging your flowers in water and spraying them with plain water.....thank you again Paula!!

    There were 2 types of flowers in my arrangement that I hope never to see again. Some huge green thing with multiple blooms and yellow-like paper tulips. My boyfriend ordered the same arrangement to send to a friend in Tennessee and hers was gorgeous. I’m disappointed.

    They went above and beyond with this arrangement. I definitely got my moneys worth. They even delivered SUPER quick!! My only complaint is they lasted only 4.5 days. I kept changing the water and snipped the ends, but I think what killed them was the amount of leaves they left on the stems that got submerged in the water to begin with. Otherwise an AMAZING flower experience!

    Delivery and service charge almost 20% of total bill. Ordered a $60 arrangement and total was over the $75 cap that Gore places on all orders.

    Our delivery fee varies by zip code, but our minimum delivery charge is $12. So the Order 60 plus tax @ 6.3% = 63.78 + 12 del = $75.78. Please advise us that you wish the total order to be $60, instead of $60 toward product plus delivery. I hope that clears up any confusion.

    We do not charge a service fee if the website "amyslittleplantco.com" was used or by calling us directly 623.465.4567. However if you used ANY other website to order the flowers then there are other fees and commissions paid to those landing pages or other companies like FTD, Teleflora, 1800 Flowers, Avas, Etc.

    They normally take about 30% of the total order leaving the florist with the remaining to cover ALL the overhead. Unfortunately the tech companies got in front of the flower industry years ago and we have been struggling to find a solution ever since. It's like all the food delivery service companies got their ideas from the flower industry. The only difference is they make you aware of the fees you pay. Unlike flower company middle people. Most of which do not have actual flower shops nor a majority employee support in the US.

    Ordered flowers for my moms 75th bday yesterday. She never got them. The delivery driver just said she couldn't locate her house and said she left numerous msg for both of us. Neither of us got a single msg. Beyond disappointed and incredibly frustrated. The driver now tells me to have my mom call her to arrange delivery again today. Seriously ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

We buy this candy at Safeway bulk every now and again, its always soft, fresh & vanilla cream dark is our favorite! There were none of those! ? But we would use your service for Flowers!
