    Amazing service and follow up. My friend was discharged from hospital and the staff was very thoughtful and offered a home delivery. In the end, my friend was readmitted and the flowers made it to her. Very nice to deal with, I didn't feel like a bother at all although I was on the phone with them once a day.     Ordered a candy bouquet of chocolate bars and truffles for my son's birthday. I wanted something special for him as we had just left him at Cambrian college residence for his first year of college. We live 5 hours away.     Ordering flowers from another city is difficult, at best.     First of all, I could only rate Lougheed's Flowers at 5 because that is how high the scale goes. Truth be told, I would have rated a 10. Between placing the order, my mother receiving her flowers, and me typing this review, it has been less than 24hrs. I placed my order online @ 8:30pm MST/10:30 EST and my mother got her flowers just before 11:00am EST. Plus, the flowers were much nicer than the picture online. Much, much nicer. She absolutely loved them. I have been in Alberta 12 years, and I am surprised that Lougheed's have not lost their touch. My family has been repeat customers for years and will continue to be for many more to come. Thank you so much for making my mother's day! (And mine!)
