    Amazing service and follow up. My friend was discharged from hospital and the staff was very thoughtful and offered a home delivery.     Ordering flowers from another city is difficult, at best. You made it easy and I was very pleased to receive a followup phone call on the order, also having the opportunity to add a special gift of chocolates was another benefit with ordering with Lougheeds, the flowers were better than described and were perfect, everyone who visited the hospital knew the flowers must be from Lougheeds....quite a reputation in Sudbury.     First of all, I could only rate Lougheed's Flowers at 5 because that is how high the scale goes. Truth be told, I would have rated a 10. Between placing the order, my mother receiving her flowers, and me typing this review, it has been less than 24hrs. I placed my order online @ 8:30pm MST/10:30 EST and my mother got her flowers just before 11:00am EST. Plus, the flowers were much nicer than the picture online. Much, much nicer. She absolutely loved them. I have been in Alberta 12 years, and I am surprised that Lougheed's have not lost their touch. My family has been repeat customers for years and will continue to be for many more to come. Thank you so much for making my mother's day! (And mine!)
