    Was a little disappointed with the arrangement of flowers. Thought that for the price I paid and the occasion ( it being a 30th birthday for my future daughter in law) that the arrangement would have been a little more colourful and bright and cheery. It would have been more conducive for a funeral arrangement- too dark and ominous. Disappointing.

    My mother sent me a picture of the flowers I had ordered for her and I was very disappointed with what she got. There were no tulips at all, no green poms, and no peach roses. It was mostly green fillers with irises and a few Gerber daisies. I understand with the pandemic there may be a shortage of the flowers that are supposed to be in it, but was very surprised there were no tulips at all especially because it is tulip season.

Unfortunately, at peak times like Mother's Day we do have to make substitutions, but we always assure that the full value in flowers is in the arrangement that was ordered.

    1st time in 5 yrs that I can say that I am disappointed in the Christmas floral centrepieces. We ordered 3 at a total of $200. No flowers just greenery, 3 green bulbs , two red and green ribbon with a little red. Definitely not the quality we have recurved over the years. Had to purchase replacements today from another florist.

    I was satisfied with the quality of the product and the ease of making an international order. The only reason I am giving a 3 is because I paid for delivery, however, the recipient received a phone call to see if she would be home, and she offered to pick the flower up (which she did). In my opinion she or I should have been offered a refund for the delivery cost. It was only $10, but it's the principle - I paid for delivery, which ended up being unused.

    The order was not only accurate but the Orchid provided the most beautiful bouquet. The picture on the web site didn't do it justice. Brenda was by professional and called me to discuss the order. My brother an his wife who received the bouquet were so thrilled and the whole family talked about how beautiful the flowers were.     I live in Ontario and my mother in Newfoundland, I called to order flowers for Mothers Day and was informed that they didn't deliver to the the small community about 45 minutes from the shop in Corner Brook. I told the lady that I live in Ontario and really wanted to send my mom flowers, the lady said she would see what she could do and find a drive who would take them but there might be a small fee for gas. By the time I called back with my credit card the store was closed so I took my chances and placed the order on line. This was late Friday night and Mothers Day was on that Sunday, I was too busy on Saturday to call during business hours so I figured my order would not be delivered. I tried calling my mother all day Sunday to tell her what happened and sorry I didn't get her anything but she wasn't home. I got a call from my mother late in the evening thanking me for the beautiful flowers sitting on her kitchen table when she got home. Not only did they get a driver for me but they went to the owner of the building where my mother lives and asked them to put the flowers in her apartment so they would not die in the cold. Now that's great service. I have sent many flowers in my life but never received such great service from any of the other shops. Thanks for making my mother very happy on her special day.

    Was very impressed, this was the first flower shop that i have dealt with that actually phoned me to say the didn't have the particular arrangement I had ordered. They called me and helped me pick out a suitable replacement. However, best case would be to not advertise items they don't carry during certain seasons, or at least state the availability on the site.

    Very easy to navigate though your website and delivery went off without a hitch. It would be nice if there was a way to compare selections side by side on your website though. I had a few picked out that I liked and had to keep switching back and forth to view them to make my final decision. I eventually opened four new browsers, but I still had to switch back and forth.

Upon delivery they mentioned how to care for the flowers. Will always use this company to deliver all my flower needs to my family back home.
