    My assumption is that all went well with this process. It would be exceptional if you all sent a quick snapshot of the floral arrangement as it's readied for delivery, so the paying customer can see what was to be received on the other end. Especially as it goes to a family in bereavement, who are often unable to respond. This would be a great service to the recipient & floral service customer. With the advent of digital photographs easily and freely exchangeable over the internet, this seems like a simple cost-free step-up in service.

    Tulip arrangement was beautiful and delivered early. However, my husband showed me what he ordered when I arrived home and the arrangement I received looked nothing like what he ordered. The only thing both arrangements had were the tulips, all the other flowers included, vase, and ribbon...were COMPLETELY different.

It meant even more because the sender ordered online from Iraq and he had no idea what I would receive. It will be a week tomorrow and they are still all alive.
